Eames Aluminum series arm chair 2nd edition

One of the many Eames iconic designs

This one has some cosmetic wear. Cracking on the arm rest clear coating, a few minor cracks in the sling, but is solid and usable with its age marks. 

Due to the base on this one and the production stamp, I believe it is an early 2nd gen from the late 60's.
